Staged directly within Tate Modern, the installation highlights how structural design can bridge fine art and wearable form, creating a fluid, interactive space where visitors can witness the translation of abstract color blocks into three-dimensional, movement-focused garments.The capsule collection translates Matisse’s vibrant cut-paper composition into pleated garments that emphasize rhythm, color and motion. More than just reproducing the artwork as embellishment, the design team drew from Matisse’s process of cutting and arranging forms, aligning naturally with the brand’s philosophy of transformation through pleating.The capsule will be presented on September 16, 2026, inside Tate Modern’s The Tanks, the launch will include a site-specific dance performance that animates the garments within an architectural and performative setting.
